With our experienced work force, our own plant and machinery, more than sufficient funds on deposit to commence any size or type of project Kelmin are ready to meet your needs and start work on your plans immediately.
Health & Safety
Kelmin place a strong emphasis on health and safety in the work place and are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment and ensure so far as reasonably practicable the health, safety and welfare of all employees whilst at work. It is our policy to comply with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005, the General Applications Regulations 2007 and the Construction Safety, Health & Welfare at work (Construction) Regulations 2006 and all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. All our employees are trained to plan their work in advance to ensure that any hazards are identified and the control measures in place to minimise the risk. Our priority is to eliminate or minimize any possible risk that might affect our employees and subcontractors or those who are indirectly involved in our activities.
Kelmin endeavours to maintain the highest environmental standards in all of its activities. We are committed to complying with environmental legislation and minimizing the impact of our activities on the environment. Where there is an opportunity, we choose recycled and sustainable products. We pay careful attention to the control of waste management which includes the reduction and separation of waste and materials on site and it is our policy to only employ licensed waste management disposal companies to remove this waste. Any sub-contractor employed on site is notified in advance of their responsibility to remove their waste and debris from the location. In all aspects of the business we promote the careful selection of materials which complement our environment.
Quality is of paramount importance to Kelmin. We are constantly evaluating and improving the level of service we offer our clients and we continuously work towards setting new standards in quality. Through regular communication with the client, design team, site personnel and subcontractors we are able to assess and monitor quality control on each project.
